The Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Programme (CTPCLP) was inaugurated at the launch event on 2 November 2011. The launch was graced by Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Mr Teo Chee Hean who is also the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs, the CTPCLP will be conducted at the NUS University Town (UTown) starting January 2012.
