Chua Foundation Internship – Social Impact & Philanthropy

Internship Opportunity: Drive Meaningful Change in Philanthropy

Are you passionate about making a real impact in the disability and eldercare sectors? This internship offers hands-on experience in philanthropy, social issues research, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with the Philanthropy Lead to explore innovative giving strategies, conduct “white space” research, and support initiatives that address critical gaps in care and inclusion.

Singapore’s rapidly aging population and the evolving needs of persons with disabilities call for solutions that go beyond basic care—ensuring they can live dignified, purposeful lives. As people live longer, how do we support them to live better? While government programmes provide a strong foundation, philanthropy plays a unique role in addressing gaps through strategic funding and innovative approaches.

Chua Foundation believes that long-lasting impact requires collaborative philanthropy—aligning efforts, pooling resources, and driving systemic change. As they refine their giving strategy, they are seeking an intern to assist with a critical project: expanding our understanding of the philanthropic landscape to inform more effective partnerships.
