Today, we saw more than 120 distinguished guests, including Guest-of-Honour Mr Teo Chee Hean (Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security), Mrs Teo Chee Hean, Mr Sam Tan Chin Siong (Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Manpower & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Deputy Government Whip), Mr and Mrs Chua Thian Poh, Ms Chua Weiling, community leaders and prominent businessmen at the official launch of Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Centre.

Mr Hsieh Fu Hua, NUS Board of Trustees Chairman, Professor Tan Eng Chye, NUS Provost, and Professor Bernard Tan, NUS Vice Provost (Undergraduate Studies & Student Life) played hosts to the GOH. We were honoured to having GOH DPM Teo, NUS Provost and Mr Chua Thian Poh delivered their speeches. GOH, together with Mr Chua Thian Poh, Mr Hsieh Fu Hua and NUS Provost, officially launched the Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Centre. This was followed by a sumptuous sit-down lunch to appreciate all guests present at this significant event.
