Our annual CTPCLC Symposium was held virtually on the morning of 30 January 2021, with a turnout of 100 guests. We also celebrated the belated graduation of our Certificate Programme’s Class of 2020 in conjunction with the Symposium.

The event was graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr Edwin Tong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, and Second Minister for Law, who joined in the dialogue session on Youth Engagement in Community Development.

Four groups of students got to present the findings of their projects which were conducted in partnership with various social service organisations to examine important social and community issues affecting Singapore and propose alternative solutions. These projects covered healthcare for seniors, supporting ex-offenders, wellbeing of migrant workers, and the education of children from low-income families.
