Crystal Years of

Community Leadership in NUS

15 years, many facets, one light.

Since its founding in 2 November 2011, the NUS Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Programme has been nurturing generations of community-minded undergraduates to learn with, lead alongside, and serve communities in Singapore and beyond. As we mark 15 years in November 2026, we celebrate our learning journey with partners, honour our values and achievements, and chart the way forward for NUS students in community development.

The NUS Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Centre offers both a Certificate and a Minor Degree in Community Development and Leadership. To date, 370 students have been awarded the Certificate in Community Development and Leadership and 59 of these students also received a Minor Degree in Community Development and Leadership.
