What do you like about CLC3307: Learning for Social Change?
The biggest takeaway of this course for me personally was that, it’s not just about what you have to offer to the community as a Community Developer, but also what strength would that community already have that we can then empower and tap on further. Which was a really insightful takeaway for me, in not just community literacy but like volunteering in general.
Any tips for prospective NUS students coming to the Open House 2025?
It feels like you have to focus a lot on your grades at first, I think that’s what we are condition to think, but actually University is such a big place. You can explore literally any interest that you’ve had before you never got a chance to. You can try a lot of opportunities, you can meet a lot of people. And I think the best part about that is you get to learn about yourself and the world you live in.
