The social return on investment (SROI) approach to assessing the social impact of programmes is catching on in the social service sector. Student fellows of the NUS Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Centre have conducted a number of SROI analyses for the programmes run by social service organisations. In this study, Elson Ng, Jessica Tan and Kimberly Peh did a SROI analysis for the Virtual Hospital Programme run by Brahm Centre. The results of the analysis validated the effectiveness of the programme, and highlighted the benefits derived by different stakeholders of the programme.
